This document explains what personal data we collect through nex4allgroup.com, why we process it, and what rights you have over it.

Who processes your data
The data controller is VilyQ Technologies EOOD (sole-owner limited liability company), UIC 208915283, seated in Shumen, Republic of Bulgaria.
The company's full particulars, including its registered address and legal representative, are publicly available in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 208915283.
NEX4ALL is the trading name under which the company provides customer-service operations.

What we collect
We collect only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, work email, phone (optional), the channels you would outsource, expected monthly volume, approximate number of enquiries, and your message.
We collect nothing about visitors who do not submit the form.

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies, carries no advertising pixels and runs no analytics tools. We do not build visitor profiles and do not track behaviour across sites.

Why we process it
We use what you submit solely to answer your enquiry and to judge whether and how we can be useful to you.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — and, where the enquiry is general business correspondence, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Who receives it
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the form email • Zoho Corporation — the mailbox where enquiries arrive • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS services
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it
Correspondence about an enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If we begin working together, data is retained for the term of the contract and for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these, write to sales@nex4allgroup.com. We respond within one month.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, kzld.bg.

Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and delivered directly to our business mailbox. Only people involved in handling your enquiry have access to it.
